Disclaimer
General information only
Everything published on FloridaEbikeRentals.com is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice, safety advice, medical advice, or a professional recommendation for any particular business, product or activity. You use the information on this site at your own risk.
We are a directory, not a rental company
Florida Ebike Rentals does not own, operate, staff, insure, inspect or control any of the businesses listed on this site. We do not rent bicycles or electric bikes, run tours, take reservations, process payments, or hold deposits.
When you contact or book with a business you found here, you enter into an agreement with that business alone. Florida Ebike Rentals is not a party to it. Any dispute over price, availability, equipment condition, damage, injury, refunds or cancellations is between you and the business.
Accuracy of listing data
Business names, addresses, opening hours, categories, photos, star ratings and review counts are compiled from publicly available sources, primarily Google Business Profile data, and are refreshed periodically.
Phone calls. We do not list businesses' own phone numbers. Every "Call our rental line" button on this site dials (305) 363-1922, which is operated by Florida Ebike Rentals, not by the businesses listed. It is a call-tracking number, which tells us which page a call came from.
Partner shops. When you call our rental line and choose a region, the call is offered first to that region's partner shop, a business that pays us a monthly fee for priority caller status. If the partner does not answer, the call moves to other shops in the region. Partner status has no effect on which businesses are listed or how they are ranked: rankings are never paid.
That data can be wrong or out of date. Shops change hours seasonally, move, rebrand, close, or stop renting e-bikes without updating their public profile. We make no warranty — express or implied — that any listing is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose.
Always confirm details directly with the business before you travel, pay a deposit, or make plans that depend on them.
If you find an error, please report it on our contact page so we can correct or remove the listing.
Ratings and reviews
Star ratings and review counts shown on this site are aggregate figures published by Google. We do not write, edit, solicit, moderate or verify individual reviews, and we cannot confirm that any reviewer is a genuine customer. Ordering on our list pages is generated from rating and review volume, not from any assessment of a business's safety record, licensing or insurance.
Positions on our lists are not endorsements. A high position means a business has good public ratings across a meaningful number of reviews — nothing more.
Safety
Electric bikes are faster and heavier than conventional bicycles. Riding involves risk of injury or death. Nothing on this site should be treated as safety instruction or as confirmation that any operator meets any standard of care.
Before you ride: wear a helmet, check local rules for where e-bikes are permitted, follow the operator's instructions, ride within your ability, and never let a child ride equipment rated for adults. Florida law and local ordinances on e-bike class, sidewalk riding, beach access and minimum age change, and they vary between cities and counties. Verify current rules with the operator and the local authority.
Advertising and affiliate relationships
This site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and are served by third parties; we do not control which specific ads you see, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement.
Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate or referral links, meaning we could earn a commission if you book or buy after clicking, at no additional cost to you. Where that is the case it does not change how a business is ranked, described or whether it is listed. Editorial ordering is independent of any commercial relationship.
Amazon Associates. Florida Ebike Rentals is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Promotional banners and product links on this site that point to Amazon are affiliate links and are labelled as advertising where they appear.
Viator. Links to guided tours on this site point to Viator, which is an affiliate partner. If you book a tour after following one of those links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Viator is a third-party marketplace: it, and the individual tour operator, set the price, availability, cancellation terms and conditions of the booking. Your contract is with them, not with us, and we are not a party to it.
Prices and offers. Any discount, sale or price shown in a promotion on this site reflects what the retailer was advertising at the time we published it. Retailers change prices without notice, and we do not control them. Always check the current price, the seller and the return terms on the retailer's own page before you buy.
External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Ebike Rentals and its operators disclaim all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of this site, from reliance on any information published here, or from your dealings with any business listed here.
